I qualified as a pharmacist in 2000 and have worked in 13 different pharmacies here, in London and in Edinburgh. Since my return to my home town of Christchurch in 2004, I have worked at Life Pharmacy Barrington (formerly Unichem Barrington ), over which time my wife and I have had 4 children. I especially enjoy building relationships with patients, and have a particular interest in pharmacist education, addiction medicine and vaccinations.

I have been working in Christchurch for the last 11 years and during that time have purchased a share in Life Pharmacy Barrington, and had 2 children. I currently work part time and enjoy looking after my 2 small children, and I also have a couple of voluntary roles in community groups. I love working in pharmacy, and enjoy meeting my customers and helping them get and stay well. I have a passion for healthy living and like to share this with our customers.

I moved to Christchurch as a teenager from Malaysia. I have worked at this pharmacy for 7 years and enjoy getting to know the local community in order to provide the best service and health outcome for each person. Having two young kids also helps me to empathize and share experiences with those whose kids are unwell. I am a trained vaccinator so pop on in to see me for your flu jab!

Anna McCarthy Dispensary Manager Pharmacist “I have worked at Life Pharmacy Barrington since leaving university in 2006, and have been dispensary manager since 2010, taking 6 months off in 2011 to travel around Europe. The world of pharmacy is forever changing, and I enjoy leading my team in introducing new initiatives in the dispensary to keep up with these changes.
Tracey Rogers Retail Manager My name is Tracey and I am the retail manager at Life Pharmacy Barrington. I have had the pleasure of working for Mr Browne (previous owner) since 1988 when I qualified as a dispensary technician. My role in the business has changed over the years but my passion for pharmacy and my commitment to our community has always remained a top priority. My amazing team and I take pride in providing our customers with the very best care and advice available. I look forward to seeing you in store soon :)
