Prescription Subsidy Cards

Did you know that once your family has paid $100 (20 items @$5) over 12 months beginning 1/2/17, then your family is eligible to receive a prescription subsidy - no more $5 charges until 1/2/18!


Please ensure the pharmacy has all your family details correct, 2 adults and any dependents up to the age of 18 can be included.
